LbIG9400_400x400Agile in the City: Birmingham is a practical event for the Agile community from the organisers of Agile Cambridge and Agile Manchester. We have been to a few Agile in the City conferences before and are looking forward to the next one in the series!

This is a two-day conference with a strong practical focus, full of inspiring talks, case studies, tutorials and workshops, all from practitioners working at the front line of the industry.

The keynote speakers for 2017 are:

Day 1: Kate Gray (The Contrarian Group) and Chris Young (Honeycomb TV Ltd) – “Don’t divide and conquer when you can segment and thrive“.

Day 2: Jenni Jepsen (goAgile) – “Empowering people is impossible: the neuroscience of intrinsic motivation“.

In addition, do not miss the Case Study from our co-founder and principal consultant Matthew Skelton. He will be sharing his experience on designing teams on Day 2 with the talk – How and why to design your teams for modern software systems.

Other speakers include John Clapham (Cotelic) with the talk -“Team design for continuous delivery“, Darci Dutcher (LexisNexis) – “Running killer workshops (without hurting yourself)” and many others!
