Its solutions include Lexis® Visualfiles™, for case management and workflow; Lexis® InterAction®, a customer relationship management tool; and LexisOne™, an enterprise resource planning solution powered by Microsoft Dynamics® AX.

LexisNexis Enterprise Solutions asked Skelton Thatcher Consulting to accelerate and evolve the adoption of Lean Agile practices at its new Centre of Excellence in Leeds, UK. Over several months, the Skelton Thatcher team helped to build and nurture agile practices within delivery teams and lay the foundations for Continuous Delivery of software through automated builds and deployment pipelines.

Key to the Skelton Thatcher approach was adopting a mentoring role with individuals and teams, helping to embed new practices and working styles along with new tools for collaboration and testing. We also used our experience of team topologies and organisation design to shape the team structures, and supplied insights into operational aspects of software to inform the service model.
